What is "Dear Future Me,"?

Dear Future Me,

I have created this blog for you to read when you're older. This blog will help you reflect on what you have accomplished (or not). I hope by the time you are reading this, you have already completed your degree and found a job that you love. As you may already know, you always forget where you leave your things. Thus, I've created this blog so that you don't have to pay a visit to the Dollar store every weekend to get a new diary.

As of today, you are eighteen years old and you are studying business at a university. You hate almost every second of it. (Ok, you're being over dramatic. You like the courses you're in but you're just extremely lazy). Instead of doing your school work, you like to read. On the side bar, you have created a reading list. There you can keep track on the books you have read and list books that you want to read.

Advices and tips for future me
1) Life is tough. When you're down, talk to someone.
2)Never follow trends. If everyone is wearing black, you should wear pink.
3)The healthier you are the happier you will be (Healthy not skinny).
4)It does not matter how much money you make. Money does not define happiness. It is okay if you are living in a crappy neighborhood, in a crappy studio. It's okay if you don't have the opportunity to travel the world. You don't know how to read maps anyways.

Dear Future me, what I'm trying to say is always be thankful for what you have right now. Even if you are homeless, be thankful that you are still alive.

Bye for now.
